    海拉尔羊肉

    若干年前，龙哥带我去吃了一次据说他只跟MM和父母一起吃的小火锅，那次我们点了海拉尔羊肉。可是为什么这个羊肉叫这么奇怪的名字呢？当时我觉得这个名字很有草原气息。

    直到今天我突然顿悟了，原来“海拉尔”就是halal，清真的，伊斯兰教的意思

    另外，mutton和lamb又有什么区别呢？google告诉我：
    Lamb is the meat of a the sheep under 1 year of age.
    Mutton comes from sheep over 1 year of age.
    原来mutton是老羊肉，lamb是小羊肉~以后我还是买lamb吧，幻想它会嫩一些

    以上词汇都是我在这里一个叫worldwide的阿三超市接触到的。这个超市卖肉像中国一样，是有伙计站在长条案板后面，论斤称，用刀切的。阿三伙计切肉都特别准。跟他说：“我要500克”，阿三随手一刀下去，一称，误差大概都在20克以内。

    只有一次我看见有个肉5.4英镑一公斤，我跟他说，给我称4英镑的 -- 阿三当场死机了，他回头问他师傅4英镑是多少千克，他师傅也不会，又跑到后面去问别人囧 结果四五个人没人知道……我觉得阿三实在太呆了，要换成中国的小贩子，绝对2秒钟之内搞定这个算术。最后我还是同情了他们一下，叫他们称了700克。。。

    "海拉尔”是因城市北部的海拉尔河而得名。海拉尔是由蒙古语“哈利亚尔”音转而来，意为“野韭菜”，因海拉尔河两岸过去长满野韭菜，故取名为“海拉尔”。
    你不要传播伪科学啊,再说了,清真出名的不是羊肉,是牛肉.
